How it works

From "who do you use?" to money in your account.

Members recommend vetted local pros to the people they know. When a recommendation becomes a paid job, the member gets paid. Here is every step.

1. Join the network

Sign up as a member for $99 a year. Founding members reserve their spot today with no charge, and get first access when their market opens. You don't need a real estate license: agents, property managers, insurance agents and anyone else who knows homeowners can join.

2. Find the right pro

Your member directory lists vetted vendors in your area by trade. Every vendor has verified its license (where the trade requires one) and its insurance, and agreed to contact every introduction within one business day.

Each listing shows the payout that vendor offers per paid job, so you always know what a recommendation is worth before you make it.

3. Make the introduction

Send the homeowner an introduction by text, email, QR code or a shareable link. It carries your member ID, so the job is tracked back to you automatically. You can also send the vendor the homeowner's details directly, with their permission.

Every introduction includes a short disclosure: "I may receive a payment from this company if you hire them." Being upfront protects you and builds trust with the people you recommend.

4. Track it

Your dashboard follows each introduction from start to finish: sent, contacted, quoted, job won and paid. You'll see what each one is worth and when it's on its way to you.

5. Get paid

When the vendor reports the job as completed and paid, your payout is sent by direct deposit. At the end of the year you receive a 1099 for your earnings.

What you can and can't earn on

You can earn on home services: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, remodeling, landscaping, pools, pest control, cleaning, moving and dozens more. See the full list of industries.

Federal law (RESPA) does not allow payments for steering people to services tied to a home purchase or mortgage, so these are never part of the network:

  • Mortgage lending
  • Title, escrow and closing services
  • Appraisals and home inspections
  • Home warranties

Homeowner's insurance introductions pay a small flat amount per introduction, never tied to whether a policy is bought, as state insurance rules require.

A note for real estate agents

Some brokerages ask agents to report outside income. Check your broker's policy when you join.
